The E-Mail Capture feature allows you to capture the user’s e-mail address when they submit a chat. This is useful for following up with the user after the chat has ended. The e-mail address is stored in the chat transcript.

Usage

When E-Mail Capture is enabled, the user will be prompted to enter their e-mail address when they submit a chat.

Enable E-Mail Capture

To enable or manage E-Mail Capture, go to Settings > Chat Widget > E-Mail Capture and toggle the switch to ON or OFF.
